Private / couple pregnancy yoga package

Congratulations you're pregnant!! What now? Are you drowning in sea of information? Feeling anxious about what you should or shouldn't be doing during the different trimesters?

Maybe you've been practicing yoga for years and would like to maintain your yoga practice throughout your pregnancy? With a few little tweaks you can flow all the way to the big day you meet your baby.

Treat yourself or your loved one to a six class package of private yoga classes. In a private class there is plenty of time to ask any questions you may have about pregnancy or birth. The class is tailored to suit your specific needs, objectives and how you are feeling on the day.


I bring years of training and experience to my private yoga classes. I blend pregnancy yoga, strengthening exercises, breathing techniques, hypnobirthing (which is similar to an antenatal class) and relaxation techniques to create the perfect mix for you and your growing bump.

Join me at my studio in Flackwell Heath, at your house or via zoom.

I am passionate about empowering mothers to feel strong, supported and with all the tools they need to thrive on their journey through pregnancy and into motherhood. It is the most magical, transformative and challenging experience, but an amazing opportunity to connect deeply with yourself.

Teaching since 2012 I have thousands of hours of teaching experience. Specialist trainings include 85hr Sally Parkes pregnancy and postnatal yoga, Sally Parkes 25hr Advanced postnatal yoga, Core confidence specialist with Kim Vopani (The Vagina Coach), KGH Hypnobirthing teacher, Women's Yoga course with Shakti Mama.
