1-2-1 or small group classes in Women's yoga, Postnatal yoga, Yin yoga, Rocket yoga, Pregnancy yoga, Mandala Vinyasa yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga therapy, and Restorative yoga are all on the yoga menu. I also teach meditation and breath work, these can be included with all of my yoga classes.
