These 2hr events are an opportunity to switch off , unwind and give youself time for slowness and stillness

We begin with gentle Oxygen Advantage breathwork to help regulate the nervous systems
Then there are a few bolster yoga poses to encourage the body to soften.
Ending with a dreamy sound meditation to help you drift off into a peaceful, deeply relaxed state.


With hands on adjustments to place your body in the most comfortable relaxation position, you might catch a few zzz's too.
