Winter Retreat Day
Rest - Relax - Nourish

The Wellness Barn, Marlow
A blissful day of yoga, meditation, breathwork and nourishing food in Marlow.
Join me for a peaceful day in beautiful surroundings. Take a day just for you to relax, to move, to breathe and to share with a small group of likeminded women.
Are you in need of some quiet time to re-charge and re-energise your body, mind, and spirit? This could be just what you need.
