A blissful day of yoga,meditation, breathwork and nourishing food in Marlow.

Join me for a peaceful day in beautiful surroundings. Take a day just for you to relax, to move, to breathe and to share with a small group of likeminded women.

Are you in need of some quiet time to re-charge and re-energise your body, mind, and spirit? This could be just what you need.

My intention for these retreat days is always the same, to create a safe and nuturing space for you to deeply relax and put aside all the hats you wear day to day - worker, lover, wife, partner, mother, carer, housekeeper, cook .... the list goes on! 

Allow me to guide you through yoga sequences that will encourage movement in all the joints, strength, softness and release. Some will feel easy and effortless and some will get get your blood pumping and muscles shaking.

What will we do on the retreat day?

9.30-9.45 - Arrive, get settled, have a cuppa.

9.45 - Slow flow yoga session for the whole body - Mudra meditation, yin yoga and slow flowing yang yoga

12- Delicious and nutritious lunch (vegetarian) with time to chat or take a short walk.

1.15 - Yoga nidra (guided meditation) and breathwork

2.15 - Break for tea, cake and chocolates

2.30-4 - Yin to Restorative yoga with sound healing (crystal and tibetan singing bowls)

All women who are curious about their amazing bodies

All with a little experience of yoga

All have been practicing for years

All ages, abilities and levels of flexibilty and fitness welcome - no, you don't have to be able to toes your toes!

All yoga sessions, lunch, teas, cake and chocolates (homemade by me)
