Luxury five night yoga retreat - Sea view villa - A transformational week with Viv and Chandra, movement, element ceremonies, stillness, with time to heal and recharge your inner world.
Private chefs serving up delicious food - Walking distance to the beach - Two swimming pools
8 - 10 am Guided morning Meditation, Yin Yang yoga class based on one of the four elements or four inner seasons OR sunrise beach walk, yoga and water element ritual
10.30am Delicious and healthy brunch prepared by the private chefs.
11.30 - 4.30pm Time to relax by one of the pools, wander to the beach or find a shady spot in the garden to read. Massages can be pre-booked too. Light lunch/ Fresh Juice/ Snacks will be available in the villa.
4.30pm - 5.30pm Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) / Drumming Meditation / Yin yoga
5.45- 7.15pm Workshop / Yin yoga/ Cacao ceremony / Fire element ceremony
(usually in the garden watching the sunset or after dinner)
7.45pm Three courses of fresh and nutritious food prepared and served by our fab
chefs Tracy and Kate.

Typical day on our yoga retreat....
Three sessions of yoga/meditation a day
Use of mats, bolsters, blocks and belts

"The Tarifa Yoga Retreat, was a first for me, I have to say it was one of the best things I've ever experienced, the villa, food, company, location was everything I had imagined and more. The yoga itself was varied and catered for all levels, I came back totally invigorated, calm, and ready to explore more of my practice. Vivien is a truly inspirational teacher, the best. Great fun - particularly practicing our yoga on the beach (watching the sunrise) and in the sea! I can't wait for the next one."

Retreat price includes all yoga, five nights accommodation, brunch every day, three course dinner every evening, snacks, all workshops and materials, soft drinks.

Flights and transfers not included. BA fly from Heathrow for around £100. Transfers are 34 euros pp each way when booked with the villa.
"The yoga retreat in Tarifa was an absolutely fantastic week. The balance of yoga and time to do other activities was perfect allowing me to develop my yoga practice, learn new techniques, relax by the pool, walk to the beach and do some water sports. Vivien's approach to the retreat was great. Her enthusiasm to help us develop backed up by her tremendous knowledge and passion was infectious but not at all overpowering. I felt very relaxed as soon as we arrived and by the end of the week I was completely chilled out. Of course the amazing location with breath taking views of the Moroccan mountains and the ocean helped too. The villa and gardens are spectacular and there is plenty of space to have time on your own. The other, thing I must mention is the food that was prepared for us - what a treat! We had the opportunity to try many different cuisines and it is impossible for me to describe how tasty it all was. We ate every meal outside which is just such a luxury and made the food taste even better.I recommend this retreat to everyone. Vivien will make you feel comfortable and will help you at whatever level of yoga you are. I am very much a beginner but improved my practice and focus greatly. You will get so much out of it and come home feeling revitalised and ready for anything."
