Based on the 4 basic elements - Fire, Water, Earth and Air - Mandala Vinyasa connects each element with a specific area of the body. Yin meets Yang to balance your mind, body and soul. 

A blissful day of Yoga and Meditation held in the stunning St Katharine's Parmoor, Frieth


A quiet day to re-charge and re-energise your body, mind, and spirit.

There will be two yoga classes that will include pranayama (breathing techniques) and also a yoga Nidra (guided meditation). 

All levels of experience, flexibility, and fitness welcome.

Time – 10am - 3.30pm

incl. all yoga, a light vegetarian lunch, superfood snacks, and freshly made juice.  Teas, coffee, and water will be available throughout the day.

What to expect on your retreat day at St Katherine's...

10:00am - 10.30am

You are welcome to arrive early for a cup of tea or coffee and a wander around the peaceful grounds.

10.30am - 12.30pm

We begin with a luxuriously long session of mandala vinyasa yoga, breathing, and relaxation.  Mandala is a mix of yin and yang so there will be slow floor-based poses to start, slow-flowing salutations, and then a little more yin to take you into the guided relaxation

12.30pm - 1.30pm

Lunch - Freshly prepared vegetarian lunch made with locally sourced produce​. All dietary requirements can be catered for.

1.30pm - 2.15pm

Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) is an incredibly restorative and healing practice, drift off into the dreamy state of consciousness which is 'yoga Nidra' yogic sleep.

2.15pm - 2.30pm

Break - Time for tea and homemade raw chocolate treats

2.30pm - 4:00pm

Yin yoga - Yin yoga is a quiet, meditative practice. A wonderful way to increase range of motion in the joints of the body, make space in the hips, hamstrings, and release tension from the neck and shoulders.
