Hello! I'm Viv, a Senior Yoga Teacher and Breath Coach running We Glow Yoga from my home town of Marlow, Buckinghamshire. I've been practicing yoga since 2005 and teaching since 2012. I am certified to teach Women's Yoga, Pregnancy yoga, advanced Postnatal Yoga, Breathwork, Yin yoga, Acupressure massage, Hypnobirthing, Mandala Vinyasa, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Rocket, Vinyasa flow and Restorative yoga.
I specialise in supporting women of all ages connect with their ever changing bodies. Teaching them about our cyclical nature as women and using yoga, meditation and breathwork to reduce stess and anxieiy and hopefully help manage the changes in hormones we experience each month and at different stages in our lives.
Whether you are menstruating, on synthetic hormones, in perimneopause or menopause, tracking your cycle and discovering how to adjust your practice over each month can be life chamging!
I want to empower you with the tools and knowledge to love your body and enjoy the ride as it takes you through each stage of your life.

I teach 1-2-1 yoga, group yoga classes, yoga workshops, and corporate yoga classes online via zoom and in Marlow and the surrounding counties.
I travel to teach yoga in Bourne End, High Wycombe, Flackwell Heath, Beaconsfield, Cookham, Maidenhead, Boulters Lock, Lane End, Ibstone, Frieth, Medmemham, Gerrards Cross, Seer Green, Wooburn Green. All over Buckinghamshire and Berkshire.
I also organise and run yoga retreats in the UK, Spain and the Greek Island of Santorini.
Yoga and meditation have always been my passion; it is where I find my calm, my truth, and my spirit. I want to leave you feeling positive, empowered and excited about life!

YIN YANG YOGA
Tuesdays 7.30-8.30pm via Zoom
Based on the 4 basic elements - Fire, Water, Earth and Air - Mandala Vinyasa connects each element with a specific area of the body. Yin meets Yang to balance your mind, body and soul.
